"This motor hasn`t been run much in the past couple of years. I changed the water pump impeller. Motor starts right up, pumps water fine but runs very rough. have spark on all 12 plugs. Old plugs were fouled,did a decarb job, installed new plugs, still runs very rough. I noticed that the new plugs were wet with fuel. Do you think the carbs are plugged from sitting. Also compression on all cylinders at 90 pounds +or -. Is this normal?"
