"I have a 1989 Yamaha 115 Yama

"I have a 1989 Yamaha 115 Yamaha that will not run at WOT. It starts fine, Idles great and will run at slow speeds. Fuel bulb is hard at all times. When I give it full throttle it just bogs down and will not accelerate. I have changed the plugs, fuel separator, and drained the tank and put fresh gas. I am suspecting the fuel pump...any other ideas?"
 
You can use a helper to pump t

You can use a helper to pump the bulb ( replaces the pump on the motor ) and test again.Then again you can start replacing parts and hope.Do a compression test and a good spark test and post the results.I suspect you are lean on the low speed jets ( open them 1/4 turn ) and test again.

Update on this problem. The high speed jets were dirty and needed to be cleaned. I was not able to do all of the work myself. I ended up putting the motor in the shop to have all cleaning and re-Syncing done. I was amazed at the amount of crud in the bottom of the carbs. The motor runs like a scalded cat.
