"Am I the only one on here with the above listed outdrive engine combo. If anyone else has the same, mines a 1987, I would like to know how yours has stood up to the test of time and any problems you have had with the outdrive"
 
Curt...I've got a pair of

Curt...I've got a pair of them (1989's) one left hand and one right hand. They are in a 1990 boat which I've had since 1995. As long as properly maintained they have been good drives. I guess my only beef is their crappy trim senders which I think I've changed about 7 or 8 of them over the years.
