I have a 351 PCM 4 Barrel Carb
I have a 351 PCM 4 Barrel Carbie on a Supra 1995. I imported the boat to Australia. I took it out for its first run and its barely getting above 3k Revs. Top Speed
According to the airguides is 38 MPH at 3100 revs. There is no torque down low.
In Neutral I can rev right up to 5000+revs. When the boat is off- and give it WOT the butterfly lever is only half way and the secondary barrels are not opening. I think it the cable needs adjustment or replacement. Any other suggestions.
How do I adjust the cable against the carbie and from the hand throttle level?
