"motor won,t rev past 2000 rpm oil tank full, tried using 50.1 premix. oil and rev limit light and buzzer kick in at about 1800 rpm. any idea,s . thanks. Drew."

i have a 99 suzuki 75hp o/b that won't start due to the rev limit switch coming on. i hear a click from motor. all fuses are good.battery up.full oil. can anyone give advice? thank you...
