My neighbor bought a 1.6 OMC S

My neighbor bought a 1.6 OMC Sea Drive and would like to know what the horse power and year of manufacture is. I have tried to look it up but am getting nowhere. The only numbers on it are serial # 1366489 and model # 983775. Thnx and Merry Christmas.
 
It was based on the 90/115 cro

It was based on the 90/115 cross engines with a more power full charge system ( 30 amps). Rating was about 110 hp.
