" hi im looking at buying a used 1999 johnson 150, for my 18 foot javelin bass boat. the dealer im talking with says it is a faststrike. i would like any informtaion on these motors please. it sounds liek a good deal. i am trading in my screwed up 95 evinrude intruder 150, which needs a rebuilt powerhead and it has a used older foot that i had to replace and that started all my problems. the guy told me i could have this 99 johnson for 3500 with my old motor as a trade in and to me it seems worth it . he gives a 30 day money back warratny on it becasue it is used. all opions welcome please. thanks alot .
