i have a 22ft citation with 3

i have a 22ft citation with 3.7l and mr outdrive i need to know if anyone knows if a 4.3 complete package with a alpha drive unit will drop in without any cutting of the transom and if the engine mounts would still be in the center of the beam like the 3.7

3.7conversion to 4.3l any body out there change from 4cyl to 4.3 l v6 and have to install stringers to hold front engine mounts on the new v6 ?would like to hear from you
