" In the cold weather(below 50 deg f),my 93 evinrude requires at least 5 to 10 minutes for the rpm's to cut back which seems excessive. My questions are:
1.is this normal
2.does it cut back at a fixed temperature or is it adjustable and if yes,how
3.I assume that the system works based on a signal from a temp sensor(is this correct)
4.Is it ok to go b4 the engine rpm's cut down or is it detrimental to the overall engine operation
Thank you "
