" Just inherited a 1976 Chapparal with a Ford 302/OMC stringer mount.
I'm not sure where to look for a model number. The engine is a recent rebuild and runs but I would like to check the specs. It had an automotive carb on it and a no advance distributor, so obviously it needs to be gone through. Any manuals out there? JP "

Can anyone tell me if there is any place I can buy a parts manual for a 1977 Evinrude 85HP outboard? I would prefer to be able to get by e-mail in PDF form if possible.
