When you say "dealer manual"... I think what you are looking for is the Service Manual for that model of engine that was published by OMC/Johnson/Evinrude. It was sold to owners and customers as well as dealers and mechanics. It contains overhaul info, wiring diagrams, specs, etc. They also sold Illustrated Parts manuals that contain the exploded views of components as well as part numbers.
