Chris Craft 350Q loss of power

" One engine on my Catalina 35

" One engine on my Catalina 350 is not performing 100%. It is losing power after 3000 rpm otherwise it runs fine. I changed the power valve and coil, checked wires but nothing makes a differance. Any thoughts. "

"Assuming all is normal below the waterline and your throttle linkage is working properly, the odds say a fuel flow restriction is the cause, usually as the result of a clogged fuel filter. If you see any black smoke, look for things like a dirty flame arrestor or a choke that's not opening all the way.
