15 HP Mariner - is my tilt adjust correctly ?

Hi,

I have not had a boat & motor in a long time.

Boat is a 14 x 48 jon boat.

Please see the attached picture.

Do I have the motor tile adjusted correctly ?
Should the motor be adjusted to be straight up and down ?
