I had an exhaust leak on my Mercury four stroke 150. The issue was a creaked elbow on the muffler and has since been repaired but I did notice that when I ran the engine to diagnose it before fixing it the MAP would continue to go up getting closer and closer to barometric pressure. Why would it do this?
