" I just spend a great deal of time trying to revive a 3.5hp '64 elgin. After getting everything cleaned and tuned, I went to test it in water. Sure enough it was just about to start and I noticed that the tiny tabs that apparent come down an catch the flywheel broke. Does anyone know where I might get a hold of this part of the pull start assembly. There appears to be 2 tabs that spring down when you pull on the rope that are held in place by a retaining ring.
