Hi.Everyone . My name is John Dunlap .
I have a Mercury Mark 6 . 5.9 H.P. serial 958958.
The engine has very few hours on it . It has sat for over ten years! Great compression and a nice blue spark.
The water pump I will replace as I removed the lower unit. Looking over the engine I can't get at the carburetor or anything else.
How do I remove the bottom cowling to get at the carburetor and fuel pump . Thanks John Dunlap .
