I just replaced the impellor in my 1988 9.9 mercury and am not getting water out the weep hope until I raise the rpms then the water starts coming out. I have taken it apart numerous times and the only thing I see may be the rubber and guide tube seem flimsy. Water gushes out of holes just above the impellor area in the case. Any Ideas?
