Cylinder head 2.5 200hp

Ok I needed a cylinder head for my 1992 2.5 xri 200hp powerhead
So I found one on ebay but its a different casting number but it is from a 2.5 200hp but its from a 1990 model year and its not a xri Do you see a problem using this head .
 
Thank you for the info I had a feeling that was going to be the problem.
If any one has a cylinder head for sale with out braking my bank can you please contact me
