Mercury 150 four stroke Gauges

question: can I use analog gauges with the Mercury 150 four stroke. I want to install a water temp and oil pressure gauge. the motor is wired for and has sending units installed. the boat is a 2016 ThunderJet, it has a wire capped under the dash tagged water temp and another tagged oil pressure. will these work with analog gauges?
 
Chris, they are singal wires labeled water temp and Oil press the are cover for protection but not hooked up to anything. Installed is a TACH which looks to be analog 3 separate wires ground, purple and signal. Trim Gauge (dealer install a digital to analog converter at the motor for this). and two analog hour meters one for the main and one for the kicker that run off a switched hot wire.
