Replace the Main large cylind

Replace the Main large cylinder ram. Its quite common for them to wear.
 
I am having problems with my M

I am having problems with my Mercury 60 hp power trim. When I push the button up or down I hear the motor running but it will not go up or down. I have checked the fluid and it is fine. I actually have the pump and motor off but do not know what is wrong. Oil shoots out of pump but hydralic still wont go up. Anyone have any ideas?

I also have a problem with the tilt & trim when i lift it up it slowly comes down fliud seems to be full 7 ok.What can i do to fix it & what type of fluid should i use? Thanx
