fiberglass boat repair

anyone looking to have any fiberglass boat repair ....
i found that Maaco Auto repair, does excellent fiberglass repair work
 
Do you have any pics of the work in progress. The maaco in my area doesn't do much to impress me on their paint jobs.
 
Maybe on a small boat. Car fiberglass doesn't have the same job as a boat hull. Pretty isn't necessarily reliable.

i didn't say Maaco would use the same fiberglass cloth and bonding agent ...................
they do know the difference
and Macco did repair my hull, and i must say, i was quite impressed
maybe you need to think that not only boat dealers do fiberglass work ....think outside of the box, so they say..
and at a boat dealer, your going to pay 10x the cost
unless you have money to burn.
 
I think it depends a lot on the area you live in. In my area, there are just about as many boats as there are autos. Just about every body shop around here has at least one fiberglass spe******t who does boat work. Most of them are also experts with gel coat.
