Water good.

Oil bad.

Make sure your oil level is 1/4" below the full mark. You might just have too much oil in the motor.

What do the spark plugs look like?

Have you taken compression? I would think that one of the cylinders would have a darker spark plug or lower compression than the other.

I am also assuming that this is no oil residue inside the cowling?
