I have mmc controllers on my boat..I went to start it today and when I turned on the power for the control my engine started by itself...normally you turn on the power for the control hit the transfer switch to get it to neutral for warm up.the control has a lock out so the engine wont start till the controller is turned on..when I docked the boat a few months ago everything worked fine.
 
Ayuh,.... Then test the Start circuit, startin' with the key switch, to the slave solenoid, to the starter solenoid,....

Something is closed, when it oughta be open,...
