Engine idles at 2000 rpm in gear but with water ears. Was running lower but in lake could not go over 7 mph. Cleaned carbs and fuel pump. New gas and filter. Has a small miss now too. I think it needs to be re-timed? Thought I would ask first. Also plan on spraying some soapy water to check for vacuum leaks.
