1995, 30, envinrude. Motor seems like it was fuel starved, recently replaced fuel pump. Pulled together line from 6 gal tank & reconnect & noticed a hiss as soon as the ball was pushed in to reconnect. She ran for 15 seconds then quite. Should I replace fuel line? This is a new tank with all proper fittings. Request any thoughts....mark
