can someone please identify what I need in trim tab area?

I'm trying to put trim tab on, but apparently something else is missing? Can you tell me what I need please?

This is a 50ELPTO with a solas prop Saturn 1331-120-09

Dont quote me on it but I think the bolt is a m8x20 , the intake screen shouldnt stop it from bolting in , maybe its just wrong bolt, or someone has rethreaded it
