I will just get right to it. Quick back story I bought my first boat 2 years ago when was 23. I knew the engine had a cracked block. When going to replace the engine I started to find that the deck and transom where rotted pretty bad as well as part of stringer. I decided to take the plunge and take on the project. 2 years later and here we are today. I will post pics below. Feel free to comment and let me know what you think.
