I have had a 50 hp ELPTO since it was new in 06. It has never had a good stream from the weep hole. I have replaced the housing and impeller several times but still get weak stream. This is the only motor I have owned that didnt get a good stream after repair. I have checked all connections up to the power head and couldn't find any leaking/worn seals. I've even back-flushed the power head but did not get any debris out. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
