Transom repair near K/W Ontario??

I am uncertain of my transom where the fiberglass separated
on the outside of transom where water can get in.
Does anyone here know of someone good around the K/W area??
 
But I did figure I did need the transom replaced. Drilling holes
for new to me motor, mostly good shavings, but some bad in
there as well.
