Initially starts and runs fine (up to 4600 rpm) but when shut down for a period it starts but will not run above 1600 rpm. Have replaced all fuel lines, fuel filter, rebuilt carbs, rebuilt fuel pump and put lots of fresh fuel/oil in tank. As soon as you try to get up on plane the motor starts to die. Anyone have an idea what is going on and how it can be fixed?
