Found a broken oil line from engine to oil tank. I've replaced it but i can't get the oil pump to come and prime the system. I've turned the ignition to the on position and pushed the throttle handle five times forward and back nothing happens. Pump will not come on. Does anyone know what's going on? Can't get air out and oil flowing. Help! Thanks
