Model E2RCRS old, 2hp evinrude.
So, I go out to the garage to start her up after not having run for a while. I go throughout the routine ( open vent, turn on fuel, pull choke etc.)
usually ly starts one or two pulls. I look down and the spark plug wire is connected at the plug, but the opposite side of the wire was hanging loose.
So, before I attempt to figure out where to reconnect, is there any reason why I can't remove the cover? There is one screw on top. I think if I get that off, I will be able to see where the wire connects.
any advice?
