Hello.. I have 95 mariner 30 hp magnum. Ran very good, never had a problem until now..It won't start. So I removed the plugs and checked for spark.. Had spark on both plugs, re installed them and pulled the starter cord, on the 4th pull, it kicked back almost breaking my hand into the motor, checked spark again and bottom plug had no spark. pulled the starter cable a few times and had spark on both plugs. again re installed the plugs and pulled the starter cord again and on the 4th pull, again it kicks back almost breaking my hand with the kick back. and it does that all the time on the 4th pull it kicks back, had a few people that work on outboard motors look at it and no one can figure it out. I am out of options,, hoping someone here can point me in the right direction... So far I have replaced the trigger..the CDI and and a new carb kit. please someone help. I need to go fishing
