fuel mix

If you still work in gallons, pints and fluid ounces 50 :1 is near enough 1 pint of oil mixed with 6 gallons of gasoline.

or 2[SUP]2[/SUP]/[SUB]3 [/SUB]oz mixed with 1 gallon. ( US units)

In metric its 20cm[SUP]3 [/SUP]oil per litre of gasoline.

As above don't use 100:1 in your Johnson or Evinrude even if the manual and the decals say 100:1.. The practice was discontinued after many troubles over a 2 or 3 year period beginning in 1985. The manual should have been updated and the decals removed.

Use a proper 2 stroke outboard engine oil to TCW3 spec
