Hello all

I have 2 TAMD40b with the MS3C transmission and both have a delay going into gear in both directions. One has a 20 second delay or so and if you increase the RPM it will jerk into gear.
Once the are in gear they are fine and no chatter, slip etc. Once shifted to Neutral same thing and ideas. Thank you, Bryan
 
I'd start with the basics...make sure the shift cable is properly adjusted...(and not stretched or worn)

if those are ok, see if there is any metal in the gear oil...they are pretty simple and usually work or don't.
