What is the charging voltage

What is the charging voltage supposed to be for the Yanmar 2GM 20F. Mine seems to have overcharged my Gell Batteries.

max voltage is 13.8 V when regulator is in good condition, +/- 0.2 Volts.
Normaly battery is killed when generator output voltage overun 16 volts.
Now please give me some indication about on line Yanmar spares dealer.
