Help me with the year of my 35hp Sea King

I have a 35hp Sea King with no serial numbers that can be found, however I do have the top cowling p/n number. p/n 309712. and p/n 10 012 376 on the flywheel with these numbers can someone please help me with pinning down the year.

If it has a fiberglass hood it should be a 1960 to 63 model, previous to that 58-59 modle years I do believe would be a metal hood,

a picture is worth a thousand guesses
