1975 25HP Johnson cuts out

My 25HP Johnson model 25RL75B cuts out at any throttle setting. Is it the Driver Coil, Ignition Coil, Points, or possibly something else?

New plugs, proper gap, and they are dry when I check them. Have to get a timing light to check for spark. Engine starts pretty easy. Normal, turn it over a couple times, pull the choke, and it starts. cuts out with the choke in or out. This is my first outboard, but have a good general knowledge of motors. Any help is appreciated.
