my evinrude motor idles fine when the throtle is at the start setting or at the slow setting but when i move the throttle to the fast setting it only runs well if i pull the choke lever out ? I have replaced the fuel pump and i have ordered carb rebuild kit .I do live in co high alttitude. any thoughts?
