Is Prop nut left handed on 120 force outboard?

I guess you asked the question because you can't get it off. SS nut on a SS shaft shouldn't be that much corrosion. Locking torque at installation is about 55 ft lbs.

Soak it good with penetrating oil and get an impact wrench. Put the prop against a 2x4 with it against the anti-vent plate. If you have the 6 tangs on the locking plate (under the nut) like Merc has be sure to bend them out straight and put them back when reinstalling.

The impact wrench is an amazing critter. Works when nothing else does.
