Hello community, this is my first post hoping you guys could give me some advice. I recently came across this motor at work, it was buried away for I have no idea how long. I took it apart and cleaned everything and got it running. However, from a cold start I cannot get it to start without starting fluid, also I can only keep it running when it's on fast. I have adjusted everything that I can think of but I'm over looking something. I am no expert when it comes to this, I know the basics. It pops, sounds almost like I'm flooding it, you can actually see sparks from the inside if you look close enough. Attached is a video of the motor, hopefully this will help.
