can you get replacement keys

just got an 85 johnson 70 hp,as a backup and or parts,but no ignition key,previous owner can't find them,do I need to have it rekeyed,my two Johnson keys from my other boats do not work in the ignition,would like to see if it runs,or if it is gonna be a parts motor,any help would be great
 
Also,I looked at a few other key issues on the forums,I did try to look for a key number,on the ignition area,,nothing there,no # nada,will the model and serial number of the motor help??????just for kicks model#70673d...serial #j00114443
