my outboard is a 40HP suzuki 4 stroke, yr 2000, purchased 2nd hand, no manual. the tilt/trim will not lift the motor, it will go down, but not up, when you press the button on shifter or the cowling, it just clicks, or does nothing. where are the relays located and can i test them somehow?
