ground wire and electrolysis

Hello everyone,
This may be a stupid question....but here goes! I have done some reading on sacrificial anodes and the corrosion caused by electrolysis on aluminium boats. I was wondering if it would make any difference by running a ground wire from the battery to a spot on my pontoon boat? such as one of the cross members in the frame work?

your boat will become an anode not good they sell a anode that you can hang over the boat google it and ck it out
