Rope start to electric start

I want to convert my 9.9 hp rope pull evinrude to an electric start....I saw what I need for parts but can't locate the parts either the whole kit or individual. Parts most needed is the bypass holder also needed is details on how to do. The job
 
That stuff shows up on Ebay, searchtempest, and Craigs list.
Sadly I have a 9.5 which has NO electric start feature.
Ah'm a huffin an a puffin on that pully rope.

Actually mine starts on the first pull if it's been run lately.

There's quite a story with this motor. We bought it when we were young. Some how it got hard to pull as the years went by.
