painting a 12 ft seaking aluminum boat

i'm in the process of painting my boat,got it all ready for the paint,i'm intending on painting it a sky blue,but rustoleum does not make a sky blue color ,so i purchased their next available which is gloss royal blue oil base paint,i'm under the impression that the factory teck told me i can add their white to make the paint color lighter,but home depot does not carry the gloss white only flat white oil base,the question i have is : can i mix the white in with the blue to make it a lighter color ,or won't this work?
 
I'd say no as flat is one compound and gloss another and you don't know how the two will mix. May have a dull, flat gloss,or streaking would be my guess. How about going to another store. Have you tried Interlux marine finishes?

Dude its good matching of the color but i have no idea that how much your boat is length basically color is also depend upon the length of the boat...can you show me the pic of the color boat?
