I have a 2001 90 hp mariner that wouldn't idle. i flushed the entire fuel system and ultrasonic cleaned the carburetors. During inspection of the ignition system, i noticed that only the upper ignition coil was firing during the start sequence namely the #1 and #3 cylinders.Is this normal for this engine? Also, any ideas on testing the primer circuits for the carburetors? Please help...
