Sea Rayder inboard jet fuel drain & static run

We have a Sea Rayder 5 seat w/ trailer. Was our son's and has sat for 10 years. How to drain fuel? How to run in-place on the trailer? Thanks.
 
Can't answer your direct question, but those Sea Rayders were not very good boats, engines were lousy, and the jet drive was always a problem. Sitting for 10 years, it is probably worthless. Parts are nearly impossible to find.
