Don't know how long they been there but noticed them Sat. while doing some work on it on the trailer. I have 4 screws look like deck screws or something coming out the bottom about 1/2". Should I just silicone around them and leave them or cut them off and silicone over the spot. I don't want to take them out for fear of opening up a can of worms if you know what I mean. thanks-Russ
