Teleflex Hydraulic cylinder reseal problem

I have a Teleflex side mount cyclinder model HC5370 that I tried to reseal. I can't reinstall the wiper in the end piece. I can't get it to seat right. Does anyone know of a repair facility that can fix this for me.
